We are looking for a driven, self-starter who is committed to helping our company grow and succeed. We want our clients to have an exceptional experience working with Hartford Home Design. The role is essential in helping create that experience through client communication, scheduling, and project coordination. This role is a blend of customer service, project management, marketing, and executive assistance.

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Voice)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks
- Willingness to learn
- Strong phone etiquette and friendly communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling
- Knowledge of basic office procedures and construction processes
